Put a lavalier mic on acoustic

Ken Caillat liked to put lav mics on acoustics. Marc Daniel Nelson says this is probably how Fleetwood Mac’s Rumors was recorded. James Taylor would do the same with a Sony. It’s a very close mic sound.1 Shure recommends clipping it to the player’s shirt or soundhole.2
