Opt+arrow to scroll that direction.^[ Scrolling in REAPER]

Select an item and press tab to go to next transient.

Use opt+] to go forward one measure and opt+[ to go back.

Use cmd+] to go to the right edge of next item. Cmd+[ to go to left edge.
